We offer a variety of services, from weekly training schedules to group runs to 1 to 1 running sessions dedicated to a specific running need.

1 to 1 sessions: email for details

Group coaching: 5 pounds per person for a group of up to 5 runners (1hr long session)

Monthly training schedule: 30 pounds pm

Monthly training schedule with weekly 1 to 1 session: 80 pounds pm
