We offer a variety of services, from weekly training schedules to group runs and 1 2 1 running sessions dedicated to specific running needs.

1 2 1 sessions: 25 pounds per session

Group coaching available (1hr long session)

Monthly training schedule: 30 pounds pm

Monthly training schedule with one 1 2 1 session:  50 pounds pm

Assessment of training needs: 20 pounds per hour (with interview)
