I am a UK Athletics endurance running coach and qualified level 3 personal trainer with an interest in strength and conditioning for athletes. My Motto is ‘Running for all’.

I am a veteran endurance runner with 17 marathons under my belt (and numerous other shorter distance races).

In terms of coaching experience, I am currently coaching lunchtime running groups for staff and students at Oxford Brookes University.  I lead my own groups and coach a number of clients privately to help them achieve their fitness goals. I also coach an after-school Running Club for children at the St Michael’s Primary School in Oxford.

I can help you get started with running or help take your running to the next level.

I can plan your next marathon training cycle, recommend treadmill or more outdoorsy running workouts or accompany you in your ‘Couch to 5k’ journey, culminating in either a Parkrun or Race for life 5K. I can also plan running-specific strength and conditioning workouts.

I also offer bespoke ‘Back to Fitness’ training support for new mums, usually 8-week-long programmes entailing 1 or 2 personal training (running+fitness) sessions per week.

All abilities and ages welcome, everyone can benefit from personalised training tailored to their specific needs!

Please don’t hesitate to contact me with your training questions.
