Coaching

I am a running Coach and Leader in running fitness (certified by UK Athletics) and my Motto is ‘Running for all’.

I am a veteran endurance runner with 12 marathons under my belt (and numerous other shorter distance races). .

In terms of coaching experience, I am currently coaching lunchtime running groups for staff and students at Oxford Brookes University.  I coach Race for Life participants, helping them achieve their goals in the Cancer Reserach race series. I am also assistant coach at Headington Roadrunners running club in Oxford.

I can help you get started with running or take your running to the next level.

I can plan your next marathon training cycle, recommend treadmill workouts or accompany you in your ‘Couch to 5k’ journey, culminating in either a Parkrun or Race for life. I can also plan running-specific strength workouts.

I also offer bespoke ‘Back to Fitness’ training support for new mums, usually 8-week-long programmes entailing one or two personal training (running+fitness) sessions per week. Running buggy can be provided for babies over six months old.
